This
publication covers different aspects of words - the words of men and the
words of God. After considering the high and supreme standing
of God's Word, the characteristics that validate this standing are examined.
Succeeding chapters examine the significance and consequences of the words
we speak and how to control our tongues. The next study discusses
the power in confessing and holding fast to God's Word. Chapter six
investigates the impact our words have on others either for good or bad.
The concluding study centers on how we are to respond when the words of
men are set against the words of God.
The words of a man's mouth are as deep
waters . . .
Death and life are in the tongue: and
they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
Proverbs 18:4 and 21
